Gda Trainer

**Responsibilities**
- **Training & Delivery**:

- Conduct classes per JSDMS guidelines.
- Prepare session plans and conduct weekly assessments.
- **Attendance & Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate attendance of trainees in classes and hostel.
- Complete assessments and maintain records as per JSDMS standards.
- **Mobilization Support**:

- Collaborate with mobilization teams to form GDA job role batches.
- **Disassociation Requirement**:

- If previously associated with a Training Partner (TP) on the SIP or Hunar portal, complete disassociation before joining.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Relevant educational background (e.g., B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
- Experience in GDA training or similar roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Note**: Strict adherence to JSDMS guidelines required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
