Fitter & Fabrication Trainer

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver training programs for aspiring fitters and fabricators
- Assess and evaluate learner progress and adjust training methods as needed
- Develop training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
- Provide guidance and support to learners to ensure successful completion of the training program
- Maintain a safe training environment, adhering to safety procedures and ensuring that equipment and tools are maintained in good condition
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that training programs are relevant and up to date

**Requirements**:

- Completed the Train the Trainer (TOT) program from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
- Proven experience as a Fitter & Fabrication trainer or a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify learning needs and adapt training methods to suit individual learners
- Knowledge of metalwork, fitter and fabrication work, and related industry trends and developments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
