Job Description for DDEO Trainer:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training sessions for the DDEO program to ensure that participants have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job duties effectively.

Develop and deliver effective training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and handouts, to ensure that participants understand the course content.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees to ensure that they are meeting the program's objectives and requirements.

Provide feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge and address any areas of weakness.

Collaborate with other trainers, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the program is meeting its goals and objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data entry and related technologies to ensure that the training program remains relevant and effective.

**Requirements**:
Completed TOT (Training of Trainers) program.

At least 2 years of experience in teaching in skill development projects.

Strong knowledge and experience in data entry and related technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop effective training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
