Job Title Soft Skill Trainer Location AISECT DDUKK Hazaribagh Salary 15 000 - 18 000 per month Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring a dedicated and passionate Soft Skill Trainer to conduct training sessions for students at DDUKK Hazaribagh under the AISECT initiative The ideal candidate should have prior experience in soft skill training motivation sessions and placement preparation Preference will be given to candidates certified by NEISBUD or those with proven work experience in similar roles Key Responsibilities Conduct Soft Skills Training including Personality Development Behavioural Skills Resume Writing Interview Preparation Communication Skills Deliver sessions on Self-Employment Entrepreneurship Opportunities Motivate and Encourage students through interactive sessions Organize Motivational Classes and Engaging Activities Promote and Guide Students towards Placement Opportunities Preferred Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline NEISBUD Certification preferred but not mandatory Minimum 1-2 years of experience in soft skills or personality development training Familiarity with career counseling and placement processes Proven track record in training or motivational roles Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication Empathy leadership and confidence in public speaking Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to motivate and guide youth Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume to dipendra aisect gmail com or contact at 8178514939 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
