**Job Description: Assistant Electrician Trainer**

**Location**: AISECT Deendyal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand

**Position Type**: Full-Time, Residential

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:Conduct training sessions for Electrician job role as per the guidelines of JSDM.
Ensure effective delivery of theoretical and practical knowledge.
Utilize TOT (Trainer of Trainers) certification to enhance training methodologies.

**Curriculum Implementation**:Implement the prescribed curriculum for the Electrician job role.
Regularly update training modules based on industry trends and standards.

**Skill Assessment**:Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate the skill development of trainees.
Provide constructive feedback to improve individual and group performance.

**Accommodation Supervision**:Stay in the provided accommodation to ensure a supportive environment for trainees.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation facility.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessments.
Submit reports and documentation to the higher authorities as required.

**Residential Facility Management**:Oversee the daily functioning of the residential facility provided to trainees.
Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

**Compliance**:Adhere to the standards and norms set by JSDM for skill development training.
Ensure that the training facility complies with safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- TOT (Trainer of Trainers) certification in Electrician job role.
- Relevant educational qualification in electrical engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in training or mentoring individuals in the electrical domain.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to stay in the provided accommodation on a full-time basis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for skill development and contributing to the empowerment of individuals.
