**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, guiding them through product/service integration and offering initial support.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking appropriate actions to resolve concerns and improve the customer experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and to address any ongoing issues.
- Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant information to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
- Manage and update customer records in CRM software, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while addressing customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the [industry, e.g., retail, banking, technology, etc.]
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable, depending on the customer base).
- Experience with customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
