Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our automobile dealership in Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and clients throughout the sales and service journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers for service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction
  • Coordinate between customers and service/sales teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
  • Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive experience

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline (preferred: Marketing/Business Administration)
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or front office roles (preferably in the automobile industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
