We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to join our real estate team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing updates on projects and transactions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Guide potential buyers through the property selection and purchase process, ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making journey.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client expectations and deliver a seamless experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of client information and interactions to provide personalized support.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, property offerings, and company updates to effectively communicate with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in real estate or customer service is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,020.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
