An automobile customer relationship executive (CRE) is the primary point of contact between a dealership or service center and customers. Their responsibilities include
- **Building relationships**: Greet customers, assist with test drives, and help them select a vehicle.
- **Addressing concerns**: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Ensuring satisfaction**: Ensure customers are satisfied with the dealership's products and services.
- **Following up**: Follow up with customers within a specified time frame, such as 48 hours, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Coordinating events**: Coordinate special dealership events, promotions, and seminars.
- **Implementing programs**: Implement customer satisfaction programs and loyalty programs.
- **Preparing reports**: Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction, including the results of factory surveys.
- **Collaborating with others**: Collaborate with marketing teams to create content and with salespeople to ensure post-sale customer contacts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
