Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who can bridge marketing strategies with sales execution. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our projects, converting prospects into customers, and helping grow our presence in the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation: identify potential customers via online channels, referrals, walk‑ins, real estate portals, etc.
- Marketing campaign execution ( offline): social media, property listing portals, banners, print media, etc.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients; showcase properties and explain features, advantages, pricing.
- Follow up with leads, nurture interest, negotiate terms, close sales deals.
- Work with the marketing team to produce engaging content for website, social media, blogs.
- Monitor competitor offerings and real estate market trends; provide feedback to management to refine pricing / positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams (construction, legal, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of commitments to customers.
- Assist in organizing property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and onsite events.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with clients.
- Skilled in digital marketing: social media, online lead generation, property portals.
- Confident in face‑to‑face sales, negotiations, closing deals.
- Good with design & presentation: ability to use tools for creating brochures, slide decks, etc.
- Analytical mindset: ability to measure campaign & sales performance; use data to improve.
- Self‑motivated, target driven, organized; able to multitask.
- Knowledge of local real estate market in Bhubaneswar / Odisha will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,119.64 per month
