  • A Car Loan Executive is responsible for guiding customers through the car loan process, which includes identifying leads, advising on financing options, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Key duties involve collaborating with sales teams, building relationships with dealerships, managing the loan application from login to disbursement, and handling customer service issues to meet sales targets.
  • Sales and customer engagement: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and provide expert advice on available car loan products and their terms.
  • Loan processing: Guide customers through the entire loan application, approval, and disbursement process, which includes collecting and verifying information and documentation.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with car dealerships, and potentially internal departments like credit and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and financial regulations, and help minimize fraudulent or risky proposals.
  • Customer support: Handle customer grievances and issues related to the loan process, from initial inquiry through to final disbursement and beyond.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
