We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Odia (preferred)
