Client Relationship Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to strengthen client engagement and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between the organization and our clients—ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining long-term relationships and trust.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or product upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed client records, communication logs, and performance reports.
- Follow up on renewals, payments, and service feedback to ensure retention and recurring business.
- Address client queries or escalations promptly, ensuring positive resolutions and continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic review meetings and contribute insights for enhancing client experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients with attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
