**About Us**
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Success & Sales Executive who can drive client satisfaction, ensure long-term relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Track customer feedback and work towards continuous service improvement.
- Achieve and exceed sales and customer success targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
