Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Department: Customer Support / Client Services

Reports to: Customer Service Manager / Team Lead

Job Summary:
The Customer Care Executive is the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and disseminating information on products and services. The role plays a critical part in establishing robust customer relationships and in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Use right tools and methods to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the customer.

Resolve customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives, and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.

Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, and document information.

Escalate the matter to the right department if necessary.

Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Achieve or surpass customer service goals and performance standards.

Be current on product information and company news to be able to properly assist customers.

Cooperate with other team members to enhance the customer experience.

Patience and ability to deal with difficult customers in a calm and professional manner.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma minimum; communications, business, or related degree preferred.

Past experience as a customer service representative is a plus.

English and local language proficiency is desired.

Working Conditions:
May be expected to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position might be office-based or at home, depending on the organization.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹28,086.00 - ₹34,105.20 per month

Expected hours: 56 per week
