About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to be the key point of contact for our clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, resolving issues, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and drive loyalty.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer records and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,201.01 - ₹25,532.01 per month
