We are looking for a confident and customer-focused **Female Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)** to join our automobile dealership in **Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction
- Coordinate between customers and service/sales teams to ensure smooth processes
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
- Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive experience

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any discipline (preferred: Marketing/Business Administration)
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or front office roles (preferably in the automobile industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
