Customer Relationship Associate

Responsibilities:
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Investigate and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their experience with the company.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Provide insights to the team to enhance products, services, and processes.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities and providing necessary customer information. Promote new products and services to customers.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution. Present findings to the customer service manager and other stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in [specific industry or sector].
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Customer-centric mindset, patience, and ability to handle stressful situations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
