**POSITION - Customer Relationship Associate**

Nap Chief s looking for a **Customer Relationship Associate** to join our dynamic team. As a part of our growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and meaningful interactions with customers, driving engagement, and enhancing overall satisfaction at every stage of their journey with us.

**Experience: 1- 2 years**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Order Tracking & Support**: Track orders, handle inquiries, and ensure timely responses to all customer tickets.
**Relationship Builder**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and heard.
**Customer Feedback Loop**: Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to improve products and services.
**CRM Management**: Organize customer interactions and data using CRM tools to ensure accurate records and communication.
**Problem-Solver**: Resolve customer concerns with empathy and creative solutions.
**Brand Advocate**: Represent the companys values and provide an exceptional customer experience to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
- Graduate in Business, Communications, or a similar field.
- Strong Communication Skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
- Customer-Centric : Positive attitude, passionate about delivering outstanding service.
- Multitasker : Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- CRM Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
- Problem-Solving Mindset : Quick-thinking and adaptable to resolve issues effectively.
