As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve client engagement and operational efficiency. You will support the consulting team by maintaining accurate client data, analyzing CRM insights, and implementing strategies to build stronger client relationships. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset to drive business growth.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, and develop targeted campaigns to address these insights
- Lead and manage the team of Salesforce and HubSpot specialists to ensure optimal performance and maximum value delivered through these tools.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce, fields, page layouts, workflows, processes, and reports to support business requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our CRM system.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in CRM.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.

- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills are must.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software or similar platforms is a plus.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and the legal industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Possess your own laptop.
