- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Database Management**: Accurately input and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions and strategies.
