**OUR PURPOSE**

**SaveEat, India's First Food Saving App.**

Eateries dump delicious food everyday and struggle to find a solution to sell their food before the shelf life runs out. Whereas, the majority of the people in India are price conscious and are continuously searching for discounts and deals. We have created SaveEat, to tackle this problem, making it easier to buy and sell surplus food at hefty discounts saving the environment. Customers can also choose to buy and donate this delicious food with a tap, by get it delivered to their choice of NGOs, while live tracking the delivery.

We have built a Minimum Lovable Product live in Mumbai's Andheri West region. We just received our first round of funding for 1 million dollars and we need to expand in the metropolitan cities of Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Delhi. About the Position: The Associate is the solution provider for customer's at SaveEat Platform. In addition to providing remarkable customer experience, the Executive is expected to resolve customer concern via call, post identifying the root cause for the issue. The key expectation from the person handling this responsibility will be to improve brand image on such escalated calls & take absolute responsibility in managing and resolving the complaint end to end.

**Roles and responsibilities : -**
- Responsible to take the ownership of the resolution process for all the customer issues.
- To build a strong relationship with customers and resolve the queries through calls within the assigned TAT.
- Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Responsible for providing service support for customers on pre-order sand post order service.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
- Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex issues in addition to effective voice /written skills.
- Analytical thinking to study performance trends and take decision for revised goal settings, changing processes where required to mitigate root causes for the issues identified

**Desired Skills**
- Experience of having worked with Escalations team / L2/L3 support is a must
- Open for relocation to Mumbai
- Preferably a graduate with Excel Knowledge, excellent written and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
