Designation: Customer Service Associate (Kannada Process)

- fresher to 6 months experience

Qualification
- hsc or any graduate

**Salary**: ₹14,000k - ₹17,000k gross

**Requirements**:
**Should know and be able to speak Kannada Language**

Should be ready to work for the Voice process

Should be able to speak in English

Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.

Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.

**Immediate joiners Preferred.**

Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries.

Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe

Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues

Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management

Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe.

Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services

Proven customer service/support experience

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Manage time effectively.
