Designation: Customer Service Associate_Ecommerce

**Job Type**: Full Time

Shift: Night (8pm to 4:30am)

Work Experience: 3 months to 1 year in International process

Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent

**Salary**: 14k-18K gross salary

Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Meet Customer service call handling quotas.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.

Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority

Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

**Job Specification**

Should be ready to work in night shifts

Shift timing: 24*7 Rotational shifts with 9 hours working/ One rotational week off (Centralized pick and drop)

Should have experience in International Call center at least minimum 1 year

Should have basic knowledge of Ecommerce

Should have experience interacting with US Clients (US Process)
