**Job Title**: CRM Executive
**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year in Real Estate
**Gender Preference**: Male
**Vehicle Requirement**: Must own a 2-wheeler
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the property buying cycle.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of information related to property transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM software with customer details, interactions, and progress on deals.
- Handle post-sales services such as documentation, registration, and coordination for payments, possession, and handovers.
- Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback and support in maintaining long-term client engagement.
- Address customer complaints and follow through to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients for documentation, payment, and other formalities.
- Attend site visits with customers as needed and provide assistance in understanding the project details.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically residential projects.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably in the real estate industry.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Flexibility to travel within Pune for client coordination and project site visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
