* Design targeted marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.

* Maintain customer segmentation for personalized communication.

* Address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

* 2-3 years of experience in CRM and Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

* Experience in designing and executing loyalty programs.

* Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies and

programs.
