Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated CRM Executive with 2 - 4 years of experience to manage and enhance our customer relationship processes. The role involves handling leads, maintaining the CRM system, coordinating with sales & marketing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and follow up on leads generated via campaigns, walk-ins, and digital portals.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and client engagement.
- Support customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Assist in customer engagement programs, events, and campaigns.
- Document all client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate or sales-focused industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
