**Customer Relationship Management Executive**

**Roles**:
A Customer Relationship Management Executive you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with valued customers. As a key liaison between construction sites and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and concerns during construction.
- Keep regular, clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and contracts.
- Arrange site visits to showcase progress and address inquiries.
- Educate customers on process and timelines.
- Identify upselling opportunities for enhanced experience.

**Requirement**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices is a plus.

**Experience: -** Experience 2-3 years in customer relationship management or a similar role and Fresher can also apply.

**Salary**:

- 25,000 - 30,000

**Education: -** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Location: - **Kharadi, Pune
