**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Monitor and track leads from various sources and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement customer engagement strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate regular CRM reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate customer documentation, agreements, and handover processes post-sale.
- Support in organizing customer events, site visits, and loyalty programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes in real estate is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Real Estate, Zoho CRM, Sell.Do).
- Understanding of real estate legal documentation and project lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
