Job Title: CRM Executive cum Data Analyst
Location: Sinhgad Road, Pune – 411030
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Executive cum Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth CRM operations, and leveraging data to drive business insights. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and customer-centric approach to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and regularly update the customer CRM database with accuracy.
- Analyze customer data, generate reports, and design dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Support sales and marketing teams by tracking performance, identifying trends, and suggesting campaign strategies.
- Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and improve retention.
- Monitor CRM processes, identify gaps, and recommend system or process improvements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering (Computer/IT), Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Excel. (Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹32,807.43 per month
