**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage post-booking activities including agreement processing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client database in CRM software.
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure smooth documentation.
- Provide excellent client support post-booking to maintain high satisfaction levels.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ experience as CRM or post-sales executive (real estate preferred).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Time management and adaptability.
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
- Eagerness to contribute to team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
