Position Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and nurture client relationships after the booking stage. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in CRM or post-sales operations in real estate. This role involves coordinating payments, agreements, and documentation, while maintaining accurate client records in the CRM to ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-booking activities including agreement processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client database in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure smooth documentation.
  • Provide excellent client support post-booking to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' experience as CRM or post-sales executive (real estate preferred).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time
