**Job Title**: CRM Executive cum Data Analyst
**Location**: Sinhgad Road, Pune - 411030

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, maintain, and regularly update the customer CRM database with accuracy.
- Analyze customer data, generate reports, and design dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Support sales and marketing teams by tracking performance, identifying trends, and suggesting campaign strategies.
- Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and improve retention.
- Monitor CRM processes, identify gaps, and recommend system or process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in **Engineering (Computer/IT), Business, Analytics, or related field**.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Excel. (Knowledge of **Power BI/Tableau** will be an added advantage.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,807.43 per month

**Experience**:

- CRM software: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Dattawadi, Pune, Maharashtra (preferred)
