**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Optimize customer journeys and lifecycle management processes.
- **Data Management & Analysis**:
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive insights and improve future campaigns.
- Generate reports on customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics (e.g., retention rate, churn rate).
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure consistent customer communication and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure CRM initiatives align with product offerings and customer needs.
- **Customer Engagement & Experience**:
- Develop customer segmentation models to target campaigns effectively.
- Design loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- **Technology & Tools**:
- Manage CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and ensure their proper use across the organization.
- Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer success role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
