**Job Summary**:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall experience. The role involves executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and ensuring the effective use of CRM tools to drive sales and customer loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and hygiene.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to generate insights and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and consistent communication.
- Create and monitor automated customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Support personalization and targeting efforts to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure CRM integration with other business tools (e.g., ERP, e-commerce, social media).
- Stay updated on CRM best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
