**Position: CRM Executive**
- **Location**: Mumbai
- **Experience**: 1-4 years
- **Reporting To**: Head - Sales Support & CRM
- **Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **CRM Executive** to enhance customer relationships, optimize CRM operations, and support business growth. This role involves managing customer data, handling queries, converting inquiries into sales, and generating leads to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer insights and provide actionable recommendations.

**Lead Generation & Sales Conversion**
- Identify and qualify potential leads through CRM data, incoming inquiries, and market research.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.
- Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

**Customer Engagement & Support**
- Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support the sales team by providing relevant customer data and insights.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

**Process & Coordination**
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to enhance customer service efficiency.
- Assist in streamlining CRM processes to improve response time and service quality.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant teams.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Generate reports on customer trends, feedback, and CRM effectiveness.
- Track key performance metrics to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and CRM best practices.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

✔ **Education**: H.S.C. or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

✔ **Experience**: 1-3 years in CRM, customer service, or a similar role.

✔ **Technical Knowledge**:

- Experience with CRM software and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✔ **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

**What We Offer**

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Additional Benefits**: Yearly bonus & other benefits as per company policy

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
