**Job Title**: Backend Executive - CRM

**Salary**: Up to ₹6 LPA
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in Backend CRM Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Process and verify data entries with high accuracy
- Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure up-to-date client data
- Generate reports and provide analytics based on CRM data
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality standards are met
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in backend CRM operations
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be available for immediate joining
