**Responsibilities**:

- **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update **Farvision CRM** with accurate customer and lead data.
- Track and monitor inquiries, bookings, payments, and client interactions through the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers as per the sales process.
- Generate reports related to lead status, client communications, bookings, and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and accounts teams to streamline client onboarding and service.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues where necessary for resolution.
- Assist in managing documentation, agreements, and payment schedules via the CRM.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Support in improving CRM usage and suggesting optimizations in the system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
- Hands-on experience with **Farvision CRM software** is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage data accurately and work under mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
