**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Accounts, Engineering) to ensure timely execution of post-sales activities.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Send timely communications regarding payment reminders, documentation, project updates, etc.
- Assist in agreement preparation, registration processes, and handover formalities.
- Track payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team for collection follow-ups.
- Organize and manage customer feedback surveys and improve service delivery based on insights.
- Ensure all customer commitments made by the sales team are fulfilled.
- Generate CRM reports and analytics as needed by management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
