**Job Title: Sales coordinator**
**Location: (GOREGAON) Mumbai, India**

**Summary**:
**An engineering firm is seeking a proactive Sale Coordinator engineer to manage office operations, maintain records, handle RFQs, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with customers for quotations, orders, and dispatch details
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection as per agreed terms
- Provide backend support to the sales team and handle daily communication with clients
- Liaise with internal departments such as accounts, logistics, production, and purchase to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and payment status
- Update and manage information systems with accurate sales data
- Assist in preparation of sales reports and MIS for management review
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in engineering, manufacturing sectors
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
