Job Description: Sales Coordinator – Order Execution

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Experience: 0–1 year

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on last salary, skills & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will manage the complete order execution cycle, ensure timely coordination with internal teams, and maintain accurate MIS reports. This role demands strong communication, follow-ups, and the ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Execution & Tracking

  • Handle end-to-end order processing from order receipt to dispatch.
  • Track daily orders and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order flow.
  • Follow up on pending orders and resolve delays or issues quickly.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team and operations team.
  • Share order status with sales executives and clients (as required).
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment planning and delivery schedules.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and updates.

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders, dispatches, and inventory movement.
  • Update CRM/ERP systems accurately.
  • Prepare performance and order-tracking reports for management review.

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other required documents.
  • Maintain organized records of client orders, dispatches, and communication.
  • Assist in internal audits and stock verification activities.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in any field (preferred: B.Com / BBA / Operations-related degree).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of order processing or sales coordination is an advantage. Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with strong Excel & communication skills can apply).
  • Should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Goregaon.
  • Must be proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn.
