**The Jewelry CRM Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the customer relationship management (CRM) activities within Organisation.**

This individual will use their expertise in CRM and marketing to drive customer engagementand loyalty.

**CRM Executive Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute customer-centric strategies that increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Design, implement, and manage CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to develop insights on customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Manage the budget for CRM activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer relationship management role.
- Knowledge of customer Relationship Management.
- Must be interacting with Vendors, Suppliers for followups.
- Average in English Communication Skills
- Previous experience with Jewelry Industry is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
