**A. Scope of Work /B. Competence Requirements**
**CRM System Management**:
Administer and manage the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Customize CRM configurations to align with business processes and requirements.
**Data Entry and Maintenance**:
Input and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM database.
Regularly audit and clean the CRM data to maintain data integrity.
**User Training and Support**:
Provide training to team members on CRM usage, features, and best practices.
Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
**Campaign Management**:
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute CRM-driven campaigns and promotions.
Segment customer data for targeted marketing activities.
**Customer Segmentation**:
Analyze customer data to segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
Support marketing and sales teams in creating personalized communication strategies.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
Generate and analyze CRM reports to derive insights into customer behavior, trends, and engagement.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
**Automation Implementation**:
Implement and optimize CRM automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities for workflow automation to enhance team productivity.
**Collaboration with Sales and Marketing**:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other business systems.
**Competence Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM administration and management.
- Familiarity with popular CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
