Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Segment customer data effectively to target specific demographics or customer groups.
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the development of customer journey maps and personas to enhance understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received through CRM channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM management to continually enhance strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience (1 year to 3 years) working in CRM management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industries is a plus.
