Shift Timings - 10 am to 7 pm.

CANDIDATES FROM **REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND** WITH CRM KNOWLEDGE PREFFERED.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be directly responsible for developing and implementing effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and seamless integration of data management, Software management making reports

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitoring, managing and maintaining the Data w

2. Inputting and updating customer information during site visits and follow ups.

3. Tracking and coordinating sales activities, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

Post Sales Customer handling:
1. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements.

2. Generate reference Leads from existing customers.

3. Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and providing excellent customer service.

4. Coordinating with the customer for handing over Demand letters, collecting cheques etc.

Admin requisites:
1. Handling CP base and customer base

2. Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report.

3. Plan wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in using CRM software, tools, and analytics platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong leadership and people management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
