Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and update customer information, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate customer data to ensure effective communication and reporting.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support client engagement activities — feedback collection, relationship mapping, and satisfaction tracking.
Lead & Sales Coordination
- Monitor and track leads through various channels (calls, emails, campaigns, referrals).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management to track lead status, conversion ratios, and client activity.
CRM System Management
- Generate reports and analyze data trends to support marketing and sales planning.
- Ensure proper data hygiene — removing duplicates, correcting entries, and maintaining consistency.
Customer Retention & Engagement
- Support marketing and sales campaigns aimed at customer retention.
- Identify inactive or dormant clients and coordinate re-engagement strategies.
- Send follow-up emails, newsletters, and offers through CRM tools.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and share daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to improve client relationships and sales outcomes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
