Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their preferences and needs to create a personalized experience. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their gifting requirements, provide product recommendations, and address any concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, orders, and feedback.

2. Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of gifts. Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, production, and design, to ensure seamless service delivery. Track orders to ensure all SLAs are met and resolve any issues that may arise.

4. CRM System Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history. Use data insights to generate reports and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage CRM data for targeted campaigns and promotions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
