We are Hiring for CRM executive

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Maintain and update CRM database with accurate information on leads, clients, properties, and interactions.
- Manage lead generation processes and ensure leads are properly entered into CRM system.
- Monitor and track leads through the sales pipeline, initial contact to closure.
- Utilize CRM tools and features to segment leads and clients for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and make informed decisions.
- provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data integrity within the CRM system.
- Continuously optimize CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system enhancements or integrations.
- Help Customers and sales team to complete documentation.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years

- As per norms
