**CRM Executive**
As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing client communications
- Maintain and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
- Respond to inquiries from current customers and attend to their needs
- Assist with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with marketing and sales agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Educate customers on processes and timelines and keep regular communication.
**Required Skills/Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in using CRM software and various productivity tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and research skills, to interpret data and draw insights.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, pricing, and valuation methods
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Desired Skills**:
- Previous experience in a sales support or real estate CRM role
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating data visualizations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Have a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
- Strong project management and coordination abilities
- Preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
