
Customer Service Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their queries are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Achieve and maintain customer service performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with product troubleshooting.
- Experience in the telecommunications, e-commerce, or service industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
